Metriv provides publishing tools, a public Posts API, branded short links, dynamic QR codes, analytics, file storage, workspaces, and a client portal, running on a subdomain we assign at signup or a custom domain you connect. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for what happens under your account, including content your team members create. Keep your password secure and tell us if you think your account's been compromised.
Each plan has limits on links, storage, and team members, listed on the pricing page. Hitting a limit blocks new creation — it doesn't delete or hide anything you've already created. You can upgrade at any time.
Don't use Metriv to create links or host files for anything illegal, to distribute malware, to phish, or to impersonate someone else. We reserve the right to suspend an account that does.
You own what you upload and create. We don't claim ownership of your links, files, or analytics data — we just store and serve them.
Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar, our payment processor. Cancel anytime — you're moved to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period, and your data stays intact.
Connecting a domain you own requires a paid plan. We verify DNS and activate it by hand, which can take a little time — your default subdomain keeps working in the meantime.
Metriv is built and run by a small team. We aim for high uptime and fast fixes, but we don't currently offer a formal SLA. Support is by email and X, best-effort.
You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates the acceptable use terms above, with notice where practical.
Metriv is provided as-is. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
If these terms change materially, we'll update the date at the top and email active account admins.
