Go to app.metriv.cc/accounts/signup, sign up with email and password or continue with Google, verify your email, and name your organization. Once you reach the dashboard, create your first workspace for a client, campaign, or internal team.
Your organization gets default Metriv subdomains for its dashboard, short links, and public files. They are based on the organization subdomain selected during onboarding and are managed from your Account Hub.
Team members can use the password reset link on the central sign-in page at app.metriv.cc. Client Portal accounts use a separate login managed by the organization, so a client should ask their contact to reset access.
Yes, on Starter and up. Request it from your Account Hub — DNS gets verified and the domain switched on by hand, usually within a day. Your default subdomain keeps working the whole time.
No — existing links and files resolve against your current domain automatically, so a rename doesn't break them. The one exception is a QR code you've already printed: it'll be flagged as needing an update, since the physical code can't update itself.
Nothing existing breaks or gets deleted. You just can't create new links, analytics websites, or upload new files past your limit until you upgrade or free up capacity.
Both from your Account Hub, in a couple of clicks. Canceling moves you to the Free plan at the end of your current billing period — your data stays put.
Create a website in your dashboard, then paste the snippet before </head>. It loads from analytics.metriv.cc. The first accepted visit verifies the site automatically.
Pageviews go up with every view. Visitors, countries, devices, browsers, and sources count unique people. Live now is how many distinct visitors are active in the last few minutes.
From your dashboard's team settings — you set their access per workspace, so you control exactly what they can see and manage.
Create a client account scoped to one workspace, and they get a read-only login to just that workspace's links, files, and analytics — nothing else in your organization is visible to them.
