Metriv is based in Gahkuch, in the Ghizer valley of northern Pakistan — one of the most beautiful places in the world, and a big part of why we can build serious software at a fair price.
Gahkuch is a town in Gilgit-Baltistan, in the serene valleys of northern Pakistan. Operating from here keeps our costs honest — which means we can price Metriv fairly without needing the margins that companies in more expensive markets require.
Modern tooling, including AI, does a lot of the heavy lifting in software today. That's not something we hide — it's part of what lets a focused team build and maintain something genuinely useful.
Metriv is led by Zuhaib Ullah Baig, who handles product, engineering, and customer relationships directly. Support comes via Discord and X (@zuhaibullahbaig) — real responses, not automated replies. Onboarding happens over Zoom or Google Meet, walking through your actual account with your team.
This is a deliberate choice. We want to work with organizations that will actually use the product and give us real feedback. When your customers are a focused group rather than millions of anonymous accounts, their needs actually get heard and acted on.
We're not right for everyone. If you want a product with a massive feature list, a dedicated success team, and SLA guarantees, Bitly or a bigger SaaS is the better choice. If you want something that works well, where someone will actually answer when you email, and that grows with what your team genuinely needs — then we should talk.
We believe customer support will matter more in the next few years, not less. AI can help set up most SaaS products now. What it can't do is understand the edge cases specific to your organization, make judgment calls, and build the relationship that makes software actually get adopted and used. That's what we're here for.
Gahkuch, Gilgit-Baltistan. Low overhead, real product, fair pricing.
We work with a limited set of companies so each one actually matters to us.
Zuhaib responds via Discord and X. No ticket queues, no scripts.
A product actively being built by a team that cares if it works for you.
If the way we work sounds right for your team, email us. We'll have a straight conversation.
