About

Built to be used,
not just demoed.

Metriv started with links and files. We are building it into the place an organization operates its web presence from.

I built Metriv to give a team I work with — Oderela, a delivery platform — branded short links, analytics, and file storage running on our own domain, instead of sending Bitly links and Drive folders with someone else's name on them. The Oderela team still uses it every day. That's the whole origin story — no bigger claim than that.

It's a small team building and supporting it — a couple of us handle the product and support directly, not a rotating help desk reading from a script. Email or X gets you a real reply from someone who actually knows how the product works.

Self-serve signup is new as of this year. Before that, every account was set up by hand, one at a time. That history shaped the product — it was built for real teams first, priced for self-serve second.

What we stand by

Four things that don't change.

01

Your brand, never Metriv's.

Every domain a user sees — dashboard, links, files — is yours. There's no "powered by Metriv" anywhere in the product.

02

No feature paywalls.

Every plan, including Free, gets every feature. Paid plans raise limits — links, storage, members — never unlock functionality.

03

Direct support, no script.

Every email gets a reply from someone on the small team that actually builds the product — not a support rep reading from a playbook.

04

Nothing shipped untested.

Every change is tested against a real database before it reaches production — not eyeballed, actually run.
