Managing links for multiple clients? You probably need fewer links per client and a lot more custom domains than a standard plan gives you — that's what the Domain Heavy plans are built for, at the same price as their standard counterparts. Neither fixed tier is right for someone who needs a lot of both — that's genuinely what Enterprise is for, and configuring your actual mix directly is often cheaper than stretching a fixed plan to cover it.

FAQ

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No. The Free plan needs just an email — no card at all. You only enter payment details when you choose to upgrade.

What's the difference between Standard and Domain Heavy plans?

Same price at every tier, different trade-off. The standard plan gives you more links on fewer domains; the Domain Heavy version of that same tier gives you a lot more link domains with a smaller link allowance. Pick whichever matches how you actually work — most people running many small clients want Domain Heavy, most people running high volume on one or two brands want the standard plan.

Is Client Portal really on the Free plan?

Yes. You can create a client workspace and hand out a read-only login on the Free plan. It's genuinely useful there, not a locked demo of a paid feature.

What happens if I hit my plan's limit?

Nothing breaks and nothing already created is affected. You just can't create new links, active posts, files, domains, or members past your limit until you upgrade. Archive posts to free their allowance.

Can I connect my own domain?

Every plan, including Free, gets a working subdomain the moment you sign up (like youragency.dash.metriv.cc). Connecting a domain you actually own — links.youragency.com — needs a paid plan; request it from your Account Hub and it's verified and activated within a day or two.

Who handles support?

A small team does — email contact@metriv.cc or reach us on X. No chatbots, no ticket queue.

Does it support bulk link creation?

Yes, on every plan — upload a CSV with up to 500 rows, full preview before anything is created, and a result CSV with all the short URLs afterward. Bounded only by however many links are left in your plan's quota.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, no contracts. Cancel or downgrade whenever — your data stays put on Free.
